When you apply, we collect the contact details, professional experience, preferences and documents you choose to provide. Employers can submit company and hiring information. Authorised team members can import existing enquiries and conversations, retaining their source and available consent record.

How we use it

The team uses this information to review your professional background, keep track of conversations and identify potentially relevant career opportunities. Please submit professional information relevant to recruitment. Do not upload passports, identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information.

Who can see it

Access to candidate records and documents is restricted to authorised Dubai Bound team members. Your profile and documents are only shared with a specific employer after your separate written consent. Technical service providers may process information to operate and protect the service.

Review and matching

Professional information may be organised or compared with requirements for a particular role. Missing information is treated as unknown. The team reviews the evidence and makes the decision; the service does not automatically reject applications or make hiring decisions.

Retention, correction and deletion

We retain recruitment information while it is needed for the purpose you agreed to, subject to periodic review. You may ask to see, correct or delete your record, or withdraw consent to future contact. Contact Tarik through his LinkedIn profile, referencing Dubai Bound and the email address used in your application. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Limited records may need to be retained where required by law.

Cookies and local processing

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The private team workspace uses a necessary session cookie for sign-in. The budget worksheet runs in your browser and does not submit or save your figures.

Dubai Bound is not affiliated with Capital.com or Tarik’s other employers. Career history and event photographs provide biographical context, not an endorsement by those organisations.
